    Two monthly calls (one 45 minute calls and one 20 minute meditation). Beyond the Zoom calls, it's up to you to decide how much time you'd like to spend in your portal. The portal contains FIVE different products: Hormones, Wellness: the Mind, Body, Behavior, and your Membership where all the recorded calls live as well as the Tool Kit.
  • Is this Membership just for eating well and exercising?
    NO! I take a holistic approach to your health. The Membership is designed to accomplish any life goal.
  • How much time will I be spending on the Road Map to Success Workbook?
    This is a living document. That means it's always changing as you accomplish one goal, another takes its place. You decide how much time you want to devote each week to knocking out your goals.
  • Do you help us to refine our health goals?
    Absolutely! The first Zoom call of the month is devoted to your progress in your workbook. We'll be answering questions, checking in for accountability and celebrating each other's monthly wins.
  • Do I have to share my goals with the group?
    You decide what you'll share and how much. This is a safe space and a no stress zone. If you want to keep your health goals to yourself that's up to you! Most members like to use this time for accountability.
  • What kind of results can I expect?
    Results are directly correlated to your participation in the Zoom calls, your engagement in the Membership portal, journal prompts, and action strategies. The more you engage in your Membership experience the better results you'll see. The Membership is designed to create healthy habits. Habits take time to become automatic processes. Give yourself at least three months of solid effort.
  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?
