As a Certified Health Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with professionals who are struggling with work-life balance and all the responsibilities that come with adulting.  My clients want to prioritize family and also find great importance and satisfaction in their work.  They recognize health as a primary value but struggle to reach optimal effectiveness at home or work. 

That’s where I come in!  I’m your integration and accountability guru.  We need to come to a gentle understanding of integration; creating a beautiful tapestry of lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition around your current life circumstance.  Through my coaching programs, we’re able to work together to find what works best in the season life finds you.  Choose from a variety of options that best suits your individual needs.

Additionally, you will learn the secrets of aging well. You’ll understand how your body changes during prime time and what you need to do to support each body system, including the heart, brain, gut, lungs, joints, eyes and skin.
